COVID-19 Position Statement
Over the past two years, we have all witnessed the unexpected changes in our world related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to assure each of you that our goal has always been to serve your needs in the most safe, secure, and compliant manner possible. We also want to assure you that during these trying times, we are taking extra precautions to assure the health and safety of our employees and yours.
The File Room has implemented additional safeguards against COVID-19 that include the following:
- Following the CDC‘s best practices for health and safety measures regarding COVID-19
- Requiring use of hand sanitizer and latex gloves, changing gloves after each stop
- Sanitizing of all truck cabs and digital tablets used for pickups
- Proper social distancing during stops for our drivers’ and your employees’ safety
We will continue to provide the highest level of service and protection possible while serving your shredding and records storage needs. As always, The File Room team is here to help.
